Hello. Final. Wimbledon - women. Krejcikova against Paolini. We're going with the Italian triumph. Paolini lost in the first set yesterday to Vekic and it seemed like she would be knocked out of Wimbledon, but she showed an incredible character and didn't give up and grabbed the win. She even faced two break points in the third set, but still managed to come back. That's a very strong character. Yes, she sometimes struggles against opponents with stronger serves, but she makes up for it with her fighting spirit and appears to be mentally very stable.
Krejcikova beat Rybakina 2-1 yesterday, but I would say that it was more of a loss for the Kazakhstani rather than a win for the Czech. In the first set, Rybakina was completely dominant and it looked like she would easily defeat Krejcikova, but in the second set she started making mistakes and allowed the Czech to come back. Until the break, it seemed like the Czech had no chance in the match, but after the break something happened in Rybakina's head and she started playing more cautiously, which ultimately led to her defeat.
Now in the final, we have two fighters and I hope for a good match. I see higher chances for the Italian and would consider her as a slight favorite, so I was surprised to see such high odds being offered. I hurry to take advantage of them. Good luck.
