The Latvians suffered a defeat of 3-4 at home against Macedonia, but only thanks to luck. They seemed better, but made childish mistakes in defense which the opponents took advantage of. However, there is still hope to proceed further, the most important thing now is to gain the maximum number of points and then everything will be determined in the final round. The Macedonians have not shown anything impressive here, they only managed to get 4 points against the weakest team in the group, Moldova, even though they struggled there as well. So I believe the Latvians can also take points from them, but it seems safer to settle for a draw.
