Quarterfinal in Hamburg. Fil against Rune. We come with a small minus handicap from Danish.
Two young talents. However, the Frenchman doesn't seem as confident to me on the court. In the same Hamburg tournament, he needed a three-set match, and it wasn't easy against Djere either. He won a Challenger tournament at home, but his score on the court this year is only 11-9.
Rune, on the other hand, has a pretty good record on the court this season. His score is 11-5, but he only plays in serious tournaments. I like Danish as a player and I like how he always fights. We saw his good form at the French Open where he lost to Zverev after a 5-set battle. Currently, Hamburg looks very confident and this handicap looks very attractive to me. Even with 3 sets, this is still a good cover.
The only downside is that Fil is defending his semifinal points from last year, so he will also have motivation, but Rune's quality seems much better to me. Good luck.
