I think it's almost impossible to play low-scoring games with Canada, especially when France has a strong team, who are also very skilled in offense. France hasn't tried this kind of total in friendly games yet, so I believe this is the game where the over should finally hit, especially since Canada typically plays a fast-paced and high-scoring basketball.
