Olympics. Basketball. Greece vs. Canada. We're going with a Canadian handicap.
The Greeks looked very serious in the qualifying rounds, but a different side was seen in the friendly matches. The Serbians easily beat them. Giannis is hard to stop, but on the FIBA court, where under space is limited, and Peru doesn't have any good shooters to help him, this is my main concern. Canada can easily take risks against the Greek Peru players and double team Greek Freak. Overall, the Canadian team is super solid. Peru looked good at the world championship, and now with Murray joining them, they seem like the most serious contenders to challenge the US team. Shay looks amazing, and Brooks also looks like a solid 3 and D player for the Canadian team. They also have players like Dort and a decent NBA season from Rj Barrett. I can't see the Greeks winning here, also because the handicap has dropped a bit, as everyone is betting for Greece to win. I'll try to go against the crowd here. Good luck.
