Hello.
Olympic Games. Basketball. South Sudan against Puerto Rico. Let's go with a syrup from Sudan.
South Sudan looked very strong at the World Championships and caught my attention. They have two solid defenders - Shayok and Jones, as well as a former long-time NBA player who now plays for Maccabi, Gabriel. Overall, South Sudan is a physical team and likes to play fast-paced basketball. In the friendly games, they also looked good and almost beat the US team (lost by 1 point).
Puerto Rico, on the other hand, looks very weak following their loss against Peru before facing Lithuania. They have struggled in the friendly games and suffered a tough loss. They only put up a fight against the Greece team, who were playing without their leaders Giannio and Calathes. If their shots aren't falling, they can't do much. And in terms of physicality, they can't really match up to South Sudan.
This match could be very important, considering that it will likely be a battle for 3rd place in the group and a possible spot in the next round (as the group also includes the US and Serbia). So our mindset and concentration should be at maximum. I'm just going with the stronger team, especially since Olybet is offering a great coefficient - we should take advantage of that. They have already dropped significantly in other places.
