Apart from the good match against the USA, South Sudan did not look impressive in other friendly games, considering that they were not playing against elite opponents. On the other hand, this month was successful for Puerto Rico: they won against Italy and Lithuania in the qualifying round and played friendly games against elite opponents such as Australia, Canada, Spain, and Greece. They gave a tough fight against Greece and Canada. I believe that Puerto Rico, having tested themselves against such teams, will not be afraid of the Sudan national team and I am confident that they will start the tournament in Peru.
