Olympics. Women's basketball. Australia vs Canada. We're going with a handicap for the Australian team.
After a super unexpected loss to Nigeria, I think the Australians will be much more focused today. The Australian team is more serious, and their coefficient has increased after the loss. They have 6 WNBA players, which says a lot about the team. In friendly games, they seemed confident, but unexpectedly lost to the same Canadian team at the end, so I hope they will want to take revenge here.
Canada is currently showing very poor form. They have lost to all serious teams in friendly games and only managed to beat the unassuming Peru. In the Olympics, they were beaten by the French by a big margin (21 points). I don't expect much from them here.
I hope the Australians will bounce back, and if they play to their full potential, I believe they will cover this handicap easily. Good luck.
