The Washington ATP hard court tournament and in the previous round defeating Fokina, Italian Cobolli is my favorite here. Michelsen is an interesting tennis player and his local status allows him to be considered a favorite, but the Italian has surprised on hard courts before. I believe the Italian is demonstrating good form, having beaten solid opponents like Goffin and especially Fokina. Therefore, I have confidence in the Italian whose odds I consider to be very high.
