Hello. Olympics. 3x3 basketball. Semifinal. Latvia vs France. Let's go with Latvia! Latvia looked flawless in the group stage and won all of their games. Most of them were won with a comfortable margin. They have a great 3-point shooting team and are one of the clear favorites for the gold medal.
On the other hand, France did not seem very convincing. They won 3 out of 7 matches in their group. Two of them were against weaker teams - China and Poland - and they even struggled against us, only winning by 1 point. Although they fought until the end, they still lost to Latvia by only 2 points (Latvia also won by 2 points against the USA, while all their other games were won by a larger margin). In the quarterfinals, France surprisingly beat one of the favorites - Serbia - and their spirits are high.
However, Latvia is a much stronger team and I was surprised to see such odds. Without the advantage of playing at home, everything is in Latvia's hands. The odds are dropping everywhere, but Betsafe is offering a sweet deal with a 1.6 coefficient, so we have to take it. Good luck.
