The coefficient seems quite high. I agree that the Germans should be considered favorites, but are they such favorites that the playing French at home, after finally achieving a good win, and not just against anyone, but against one of the favorites, Canada, would have a coefficient of ~3? I don't think so. Collet seems to have finally found the formula to play, which required Gobert's injury, a reduced bench and a livelier game. Yabusele performed as we are used to seeing him in EL, Fournier and Cordinier rose from the dead. If Collet doesn't switch to reverse gear and doesn't come up with any of his usual nonsense, then I believe the French can give the Germans a much tougher battle than in the group stage. Whether it will be enough for the final, we will see, but the coefficient is begging to be tried.
