The Athletico team seems to have assembled quite well. The most notable addition is, of course, Julian Alvarez, but other good players have also joined the team. Watching their pre-season friendly matches, Athletico has left a good impression and I believe they will do well in their first La Liga match against Villarreal. Overall, I think we can expect a successful football season, but I am choosing the Asian handicap of -0.25 for Athletico because both their team composition and gameplay that I have seen so far give me confidence that they will prevail.
