I don't know, honestly, he would need a lot of luck to reach such a limit. Anyway, at least until now, Ghana would usually handle teams of this level decently, so I think the first easy map looks like a realistic scenario for Ghana. The player is just weak, so if he doesn't get all the eco frags, I don't think he will reach that limit.
