Bolton hasn't changed much since last season, the team is of a good level and only missed a few chances to move up to the Championship last season. I won't say much about Borrow, a League Two team that lacked the chance to reach even the playoffs, so the level definitely differs here. Last season, Bolton also met in this cup, although at home, but completely dominated against Borrow and earned a win.
