On the surface, Mercury team has a streak of 3 wins, but they have lost to better league teams, and the games were played at home. Now, with Dream, Mercury will play their 4th game at home and I believe they will come out victorious. The same Mercury team won against Dream in away games, who had a streak of 3 losses and played poorly after that. Excluding the 3 losses to top teams, Mercury appears to be in good shape after the losses to Peru, and Dream played away games just 2 days ago, so everything seems to be in favor of the home team.
