Completely lacking a strong football history and overall quite unlikely to win any game at all, as these countries are really weak. I'm not even talking about the Dutch and Germans, but even when compared to Hungary, they are still a weak team that struggles against more serious teams. Maybe they could have some luck and not finish last, but even that would be difficult.
