Well, I don't know, even though these teams themselves are not the calmest and often play aggressive, I think the tournament stage is more favorable for the underdog. Another thing is that usually these teams, when playing against each other, start the first maps with under bets. Lower bracket usually leads to games with a lower kill count, especially in more serious tournaments, so I don't think they will reach that threshold.
