Well, at the moment, I think that C9 is a better team, but better teams don't always win. Of course, in the upper bracket, technically teams can't get eliminated from the tournament, but there are very strong teams waiting in the lower bracket. C9 has a good series against the Liquid team, and Liquid themselves often like to play mind games in such games. C9 is playing well now and if they don't have too much pressure, I believe they have much higher chances of winning.
