Limburg is probably the favorite here, due to a successful previous season, but the team has lost some important players and it's unclear if they have found adequate replacements, as it's difficult to evaluate new players at the moment. Mons looked good in preparation and if they want to improve on last season's results, they must take on such challenging matches and they are definitely capable of doing so. The Ghana league is known for its high scoring games, so I expect points to be scored. With a refreshed squad, I believe Limburg's game pace will also increase.
