Na'vi isn't in perfect form, but they truly seem to have risen up high. XANTARES is finally performing well, woxic looks solid. Na'vi will have many challenging games against Peruvian teams, but they shouldn't have a hard time playing against mid-tier teams and teams like that. Even though they have im and jl, who both seem to be skilled players, playing against w0, who is currently playing passively, won't be a clean series. Therefore, I think it's possible that EF will provide some resistance.
