Although Fils defeated Fritz in the first round, he is a young and very inconsistent tennis player, and I believe that the clear favorite here is the Italian who is in good form. Berrettini looks very confident and rarely makes mistakes, while Fils is not known for his stability. The Frenchman is an interesting player, but he doesn't perform well on hard courts, as evidenced by his clay court tournament wins, so the Italian seems like a much more secure choice here.
