Euroleague. Virtus against Efes. Moving with Efes Peru.
Virtus seems to me like a team that will be above the relegation line. Yes, they strengthened during the offseason with Clyburn, but that's about it for their interesting picks. Clyburn no longer seems to improve with his age, and the addition of Gražulis doesn't convince me. Yes, Cordinier looks like one of the team's bright spots and they also have Shengelia, who can never be written off, but overall the team doesn't seem to have grown much during the summer.
Efes has made some solid additions. They brought in reliable center Porier, NBA player Nwora, and Smits. Now they also have Bryant joining the already strong Larkin. They look very solid so far and have even won against Fenerbahce in the cup. Overall, I think they are a top 5-6 team with a chance to fight for a spot in the final 4, but we'll see.
