I don't know, even though Zalgiris might get tired and maybe even loosen up on defense, the points limit is still not very low for a player like that. Another thing is he is quite reliant on 3-pointers, so if he misses a few at the beginning, he might not be able to score over it anymore. So, the main idea would be that the handicap is a bit high and it should be difficult for him to reach it.
