Well, let's be realistic, the Lakers didn't strengthen at all and their veterans only got older while the Timberwolves added Randle and now have a very serious force in the West. The Timberwolves won 3 out of 4 games in the regular season last year and even beat the Lakers 107-124 in the preseason, so I think the odds are very favorable against the aging kings.
