I will be surprised if Milan wins here. Efes has a stronger lineup, there are no major injuries, and Peru should give an emotional boost against Olympiacos. Milan is emotionally pitiful, dealing with injuries, struggling with team chemistry and player quality. I'm going with a significantly stronger team on paper.
