Not a big coefficient, but enough. Maccabi doesn't have rotation, so the double week should be a real challenge for them. Jokubaitis doesn't strongly replace the main point guard role, so Facundo should punish them here strongly. Real are clear favorites, they have players who are still playing below their potential, so two losses in a double week would be a strange score for such a team.
