In my eyes, Zalgiris' game is tragic, accompanied by tension and immense success. The lineup is also not impressive, except for some Lithuanian players, but it's not surprising when the team is led by just one "Chebra" with Jankunas. Francisco, Birutis are good, but they can't carry the game themselves. Ulanovas' form has been declining for a while now, Mitchell is inconsistent and lacks accuracy. It's unclear what Brazdeikis, Dunston and Smailagic are doing in Zalgiris, they are only creating gaps. If the older players could be justified for their age, Smailagic doesn't even have the motivation to play. Manek is unstable. On the court and on paper, Monaco seems like a more logical choice.
