The Hornets look decent this year, even though they are losing more games than they are winning in this regular season. They are putting up a strong fight against the returning LaMelo Ball and have even managed to take a few unexpected wins against teams like the Indiana Pacers or the Houston Rockets on the road. The Hornets have lost three out of ten games by 9+ points, and these were all against top teams like the Celtics and Timberwolves. Even without Banchero, the Magic have won their last 2 games out of 27, but those were against the struggling Pelicans and Wizards. However, I still think it won't be easy for them to win for the third time in a row without their key player. I believe the Hornets have a chance against a slightly better opponent in this game, with odds of 3.80.
