In the LAN tournaments, Ghana is a weak player, and even in their first meeting, they only finished with 4 kills. C9, of course, is not surprising and often stumbles, but after the first game lost, they need him. I think this bet can work for both longer and shorter terms, as this player just seems very weak and Ghana would need a lot of luck to reach such a limit.
