There is a better team here, but from time to time they always have some conflicts or disagreements within. 1win used to be more lost, they had a better period a couple of months ago, but now they are not the same team anymore. In general, Avulus could easily take 30k from Ghana, since they have shown decent gameplay in tier1 games, it all depends on their mindset. So, in my opinion, Avulus looks better here.
