ATL Hawks - DAL Mavericks

Dallas arrives after a very tough game yesterday, which went into overtime against the Heat and who knows how much strength will be left to fight against Atlanta. Doncic is already out, but with Grimes filling in he's listed as "doubtful" which means there's a very small chance he will play. Irving is also questionable because of his illness. Atlanta hasn't been showing stable gameplay, but their injuries have improved and all key players have returned. I believe the first home game after two weeks will be full of energy from the home fans, and there's also a chance to redeem themselves after two bad losses. Hawks are one of those teams where you don't know what to expect, but they are a talented team and have shown that they can defeat even better teams, like the Knicks and even the Celtics on the road this season.

    In the beginning of the season, these teams played against each other and the Hornets were quite surprisingly impressive with their game. They still have a lot of potential overall, which makes it even stranger to see them underestimated. Rookie Kon Knoepell is fitting in well with this team and taking on a bigger role, with a lot of shots and minutes. In my opinion, he is currently the most valuable player on the team. However, turning back to my choice, Caruso has always been known as a decent level defender and can also be useful on offense at times. People sometimes forget that he has a pretty good shot. At the start of the season, I believe he is definitely worth trying with a higher over and a bigger coefficient, especially since the players on the Hornets team tend to avoid defense and it is favorable to have open shots from distance.

    I believe that miracles can happen in this match, although it may seem difficult logically, since after a tough battle, the Hornets fell to the Bucks, who are the league leaders, champions, and whatever else you want to call them. Of course, OKC has an advantage in practically all positions, but sometimes miracles happen and the Hornets have convinced me recently that they can challenge teams this season, especially with the amazing performance of their rookie, Lamelo. If they don't have a careless attitude towards the game, there is a chance that OKC will underestimate their opponents. The odds may seem too high, although OKC may look strong, but I don't think they will win every game and taking a risk on such odds with a value of 5~ would be worth it. Overall, anything is possible in a match with good players performing well.
