The Hornets often manage to overcome such handicaps at home, even when playing with half of their roster. The Hawks either improved significantly or just know how to play against the Cavs team, which they have beaten a couple of times with ease. The Hornets always manage to surprise in a positive way, so I think they can handle this handicap as well, especially considering that apart from a couple of games against the Cavs, the Hawks haven't been shining.
