The Liverpool team is in great form, while Girona has become just a shadow of their previous season and, to put it mildly, has been ruining the Spanish club mentality with their performances in Europe. Perhaps not 100%, but if Liverpool were to secure their place in the quarter-finals, they would strongly solidify their first place and face a weak and beatable opponent. I believe we can confidently expect a significant advantage, as even Real won 0-3, and despite Girona's home advantage, they will likely fall again.
