The Brest club is currently high in the Champions League table because they have beaten lower level clubs and now it's time to play against the top teams, where the results are significantly different. PSV is a much more capable club which has already proven its worth in Europe this season. After only losing to Juventus on the road, PSV must now defeat Brest, who play inconsistently and poorly, making it clear that the Netherlands giant is the stronger team.
