I'm not very impressed with Lietkabelis' game this year, but their game is still improving and in the Eurocup they have played decently in the last 5-6 rounds. After the trip to Peru, they should have gained confidence against a serious Hapoel team. Moreover, today's opponent is one that they should definitely take points from and hold on to a playoff spot.
Aris has been playing tragically lately. With the departure of their leader DeJulius to the EuroLeague, their results have noticeably declined. Not to mention, their other leader Vasiliopolos is also injured. It's doubtful if I will play today. The same situation goes for Borchoridis.
I watched their games in the Greek league last weekend, where they were demolished by Karditsa club at home. Their game is thoughtless, played individually, and their foreign players are weak this year. Their defense is tragic.
Hopefully, nothing has drastically changed within a few days and Lietkabelis will secure a much-needed win against Peru.
