In my opinion, there are completely different levels of teams. Verona never plays against top teams. 6-1 against Atalanta, 0-5 against Inter, 3-1 against Fiorentina, 3-0 against Juventus. They also let in the most goals in the league - 39.
I believe that after their draw with Genoa, AC Milan will want to redeem themselves, and for that, they have a very difficult team.
In their matches against each other, Milan also completely dominates.
I can easily see Milan winning here.
