I watched the Ipswich game and it seems like a completely poor team. They create almost no dangerous situations, and make childish mistakes in defense. It's no wonder they are currently in 18th place. Newcastle, on the other hand, is a strong mid-table team that has beaten both Arsenal at home and played a draw with Liverpool. There was a bit of a slump, but now they have won their last two games, scoring 4 and 3 goals. It's clear that Newcastle is riding a wave, and I hope that wave won't crash against the struggling Ipswich team.

    Crystal Palace - Sunderland

    Hello.
Premier League. Crystal Palace vs Sunderland. We are going with a 0.5 goal handicap for Sunderland.
Crystal Palace has a solid defense. They have not conceded a single goal in their last three matches. The team has also lost Eze, who left for Arsenal, and Sarr, who suffered an injury, so their attack may struggle a bit. However, their defense has always looked strong, especially with the arrival of Glasner. A big win for Palace to hold onto Guehi during the transfer window. Although the player really wanted to move to Liverpool and was close to doing so in the summer, he remains with the team this season.
Sunderland is currently difficult to judge as a team, but they seem to be decent at home (as shown by their 2 wins out of 2 at home), but struggle away - losing 2-0 to Burnley. Crystal Palace is very good at home and I believe they will keep a clean sheet against the league newcomers. Plus, as mentioned, they have some key players missing in the attack, so they will need to start everything from their defense.
The home advantage should help Crystal Palace in this match. Good luck.
