I am taking Shorts as many points as Peru today because the opponent's statistics and recent performance are very favorable. The totals he is given are realistically his averages (18.8 and 7.3), so I believe it is possible for Shorts to exceed these averages against Maccabi, who is a very offensive team but also struggles on defense, giving up over 90 points per game.
