Brighton is a favorable opponent for Chelsea, as shown by their previous matches. In the last 5 games, Chelsea has won against Brighton 5 times. In their last match, Brighton was completely overwhelmed by Nottingham Forest with a score of 7-0. I believe that they will still be recovering from this defeat and Chelsea will take advantage of the situation and secure an easy win.
