I like the Oxford team, which is gradually rising to the top and is now not destroying the view in the Championship. When playing in League One, they were a solid team as underdogs and this continues at a higher level. Their defense is lacking, but their offense is solid enough to defeat higher-ranked teams. Meanwhile, Derby has been stagnating lately and their gameplay has been very poor. This match is one where even a draw for the home team would be a victory, but I believe Oxford has greater ambitions and may still have a chance in the playoffs.
