A new, quite decent roster has gathered, Snap as IGL may not have a huge impact, but players like Sjuush, r1nkle, and zais bring a lot. They played against a new Polish roster and even took a map from Fnatic, played well against Monte and similar opponents. However, with an IGL like Snap, the difference in mistakes should be slightly smaller. Sjuush is very skilled with r1 at the moment, I think they should remove him.
