Although FlyQuest seems to be playing well, and EF looks a bit underwhelming, I choose Turkey over Peru 2:0 because FlyQuest plays on the same maps on which EF shows better gameplay. FlyQuest chooses Anubis, where EF is considered one of the better teams. Inferno and Dust2 are two other maps that FlyQuest plays, where EF also looks very solid. I don't see which map FlyQuest would have an advantage on, and I expect a Peru 2:0. However, it wouldn't be surprising to see scores of 13:11, 13:11.
