I think at the moment it's a level playing field for both teams, although 3dmax doesn't have the same high IQ and gameplay as players like niko, zonic or magiskas. However, there are a lot of lucky shots, random rushes, and clever plays. I believe the Falcons will try to analyze and hope for that, even though they are old-school players, it's possible that they will be able to stop them and not allow the 3d team to gain an advantage, as they become unstoppable then.
