I believe that many explanations are not needed for this, Mažeikiai has only a few decent LKL level basketball players who are very unstable, and the last 4 Mažeikiai matches ended in losses of 20 or more points, including a 36 point loss to Neptūnas. Klaipėda needs Peru in offense and their team shines, while Mažeikiai lacks defense, so I think we can expect 100 points from Neptūnas and another certain win for Peru against LKL underdogs.
