At home, Atletico almost never loses, this season they drew against Barcelona and won away. After a long UCL run, Simeone has a big rotation. Barcelona have defensive problems and Atletico must take advantage of that, as they did in the first two games this season. Reinildo will replace Galan, who was heavily marked in the cup by Yamalis and will boost their talent. I think Atletico will hold their ground at home, every point is now very valuable.

    Two different season starts meet, Atl Madrid's first 3 games ended with 1 loss and 2 draws, while Villarreal's first 3 games ended with 2 wins and 1 draw. Simeoni's team has already shown that their defense is not as strong as it used to be and the further into the season, the more they tend to lean towards over games. Villarreal has a strong team and are waiting for UEFA CL, but at the same time they will cause problems in the league, and knowing how Atl Madrid plays, I think it's a perfect time to play against them. Of course, Atl may be highly motivated to start the season, but it's hard to imagine how they can withstand Villarreal without conceding a goal.
