Both teams are in completely different situations - Bayern is fighting for a spot in the top six, which would allow them to avoid relegation. Meanwhile, Baskonia has no chance to extend their season after their loss against Alba. It is clear that their focus should now be on the Spanish ACB league, where their situation is not good - they are currently in 10th place. Bayern performs much worse on away games than at home, but Baskonia has not made a positive impression lately and I believe that Bayern, with a much higher motivation, will come out on top.
