I don't think that Zalgiris will struggle too much in defense even after a loss to Barcelona. The bigger problems were in the offense against Spain, and the defense itself is to blame for not blocking out and as a result, suffering. Nevezis can surprise here with their fast game and abundance of talent. Zalgiris has weapons in fast basketball and it must be acknowledged that they will have an easy time against Nevezis' defense as well.
