I believe the risk factor is worth considering. Although the Lithuanian national team hasn't shown any significant results, they have a lot of potential in terms of gameplay. The composition has improved over the last decade, with players from good clubs. The Finns seem to be of a similar level, and points against them are necessary. In the first round, the Finns defeated Malta, but Malta seemed to have better gameplay. A high coefficient for their potential is worth the risk.
