Panathinaikos performs much worse on away games compared to at home, and their game is currently not in the best form either. This match is especially important for AS Monaco in order to maintain their place in the first quarter, and also overtake Panathinaikos. Next week, the Athens club will play against Crvena Zvezda at home, which would secure their place in the first quarter. I do not trust Panathinaikos playing away, so I am going with AS Monaco.
