"Lokomotiv" won the eighth-finals series with a clean result and had a lot of time for rest. I would say, even too much free time - this way the game rhythm is lost. However, the defense of Yaroslavl's players can always take care of it.
"Avangard" - on the contrary: had a tense series with last year's champions and eliminated them after six matches.
It is difficult to predict what strategy the coaches will choose for the first match, but I hope for a cautious, observant start in the quarter-finals.
